Senior QA Engineer

We are hiring Senior QA Engineer.Responsibilities:• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with ISO 9001, REACH, and environmental regulations.• Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing, ensuring adherence to specifications.• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality deviations.• Supervise and train QA/QC staff in laboratory testing and documentation best practices.• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to improve processes and reduce non-conformities.• Manage internal and external quality audits and maintain documentation for regulatory inspections.• Utilize statistical quality control tools (SPC, MSA) to monitor and optimize production quality.• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards at all stages of production.Job Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.• Minimum 3–5 years of quality assurance experience in a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment.• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Proficient in QA software tools, data analysis, and reporting systems.Benefits:• Social & Medical insurance.• 2 Days off.Location: B4 Zone-10th of Ramadan-Sharkia.
