TDI's strategic objective is to improve the time-to market with reduced costs by increasing the usage of central platforms, consolidating applications and decommissioning legacy applications, while transforming traditional on-premise services to cloud-based services. Shared Applications and Services has a central role in these activities with a global responsibility on shared software platforms.For our global Workflow Tribe, we are looking for you as a Senior QA Engineer with multiple years of experience.In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing QA best practices.You will report into the QA Chapter Lead and work closely with the product owners, testers and developers of the squads.ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for testing activities on the project, ensure adherence to testing best practices and testing standards for an web applicationAnalyze business and technical requirementsEnsure that testing activities are being conducted in accordance with the testing strategy and planMaintain timely, accurate and effective reporting of testing activities and defectsMaintain QA-related project documentationCommunicate with business, project managers, product owners, developers, deployment managers, IT application ownersDeveloping tests cases, test plans, test scripts, test data sets, or test procedures based on business requirementsSkillsMust haveAt least 5 years of proven experience in testing (frontend, backend, microservices)API Testing with Postman or similarStrong experience with test planning, test documentation, defect tracking, reporting tools (ALM, Jira, Allure or similar)Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile software development methodologiesKnowledge of relational databasesAutomation testing experience or willing to develop and learnNice to haveLoad and performance testing with JMeterAt least a basic understanding of retail banking and operations processes
