Description & RequirementsWho we are looking forSenior QA Engineer🚀 About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who takes ownership of quality and sees testing as more than just finding bugs, it’s about building confidence in every release.In this role, you will design and execute robust testing strategies, contribute to automation initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver stable, scalable, and high-performing applications.If you enjoy challenging assumptions, improving processes, and raising the bar for quality standards, this role is for you.🎯 What We’re Looking ForProven experience in a Senior QA or similar role.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.Hands-on experience testing web applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Soft SkillsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian & English).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Your future roleDesign and execute effective test plans and test cases aligned with product requirements.Perform manual and automated testing (functional, integration, regression, performance).Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers for resolution.Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance across releases.Work cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Engineering to deliver high-quality features.Contribute to improving QA processes, automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices.What we offerCompetitive salary with a wide range of benefits.
