Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Given the company’s stage and sector, we’d be happy to share more details verbally.About the role:We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of system-level testing and quality assurance for our defense-grade technology. This is a hands-on role, working closely with engineers and product teams to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of our multidisciplinary systems. You'll define and execute test plans, identify issues, and help us deliver high-quality solutions in demanding environments.This role requires dividing your time between our Tel Aviv office and an additional company site near Pardes Hana. Due to the commute between locations, having access to a car is strongly preferred.Key responsibilities:Design and execute manual and automated tests for complex, hardware-software integrated systems.Develop test plans and test cases based on product requirements and system architecture.Perform system validation in lab and field environments.Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate issues, analyze logs, and drive defect resolution.Maintain documentation for test procedures, results, and version compatibility.Provide input on product usability, performance, and reliability from a QA perspective.Requirments:RecruitmentsProven experience 4-6 years in Manual QA of complex systems, ideally involving both hardware and software components - Must.Deep understanding of QA methodologies, including test planning and execution.Strong Understanding of networking, and system architecture is a must.Team player but also capable of working independently on complex projects.Fluent working with CLI interfaces and Linux environmentsHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Big Advantage.Hands on experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and technical documentation - Big Advantage.Experience in defense, aerospace, or other mission-critical industries is an advantage.
