Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Quality Assurance EngineerKrungthai Bank PCL.We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer who is passionate about software quality and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development and product teams in an Agile environment. Experience with API testing and Agile testing practices is a strong plus.ResponsibilitiesCreate, review, and execute test cases based on user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.Understand and analyze business requirements and technical specification.Identify, document, and track software defects through the defect lifecycle.Prepare data sets to correspond to the test case and check the readiness of the test environment.Daily Report for test status, defects, and communication of potential impacts on target dates to all stakeholders.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure product quality.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Support regression and functional testing activities across multiple environments.Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and best practices.Build awareness of software quality among project team members.Identify and mitigate risk related to testing activity.Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.Understand and able to execute API testing using tools such as Postman or JMeter.Understand and experience with automation testing using tools such as RobotQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.0–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.Ability to write clear, detailed, and well-structured test cases.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Self-organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.Plus: Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, JMeter).Plus: Experience with Automation testing such as Robot Framework, Playwright and Cypress.Plus: Experience or understanding of Agile testing principles.Why Join UsOpportunity to learn from experienced QA and DevOps teams.Exposure to Agile software development and modern testing tools.Supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team environment.Contact : 062-954-1963 (K.Kanyarut)You have read and reviewed Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited's Privacy Policy at https://krungthai.com/th/content/privacy-policy.
