You’ll provide on-demand testing support to keep releases stable and user-friendly, creating and executing test plans, tightening release criteria, and pitching in on light automation where it adds value. QA certifications are a bonus (not required).What You’ll DoTurn user stories into test plans/cases and acceptance criteriaExecute functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing (primarily manual)Log/track defects with clear repro steps, severity, and impactContribute to small UI automation suites (Playwright/Cypress/Selenium) in CIPartner with Product/Engineering for triage and release readinessShare quality metrics and suggest process improvementsSupport ad-hoc/sprint testing with flexible availabilityWhat You’ll BringMinimum 5 years of experience in software QA (web and/or mobile)Strong grasp of SDLC/STLC and Agile/ScrumHands-on with test case management (TestRail/Zephyr/Xray) and bug tracking (Jira/Azure DevOps)API testing comfort and basic SQLFamiliarity with at least one UI automation framework (asset)Clear communication and a risk-based testing mindsetNice to Have (Bonus)ISTQB/ASTQB Foundation, CSTE/CSQA, or Agile Tester certificationExposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, accessibility (WCAG), performance, or security testingMobile testing with device farms (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs)
