About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Quality Control Specialist to play a vital role in maintaining and elevating our quality standards across all franchisees and operational teams.In this role, you’ll work closely with the Quality Control Manager and Service Directors to ensure all partners consistently meet company benchmarks, while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, compliance, and service quality.If you’re a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys making a tangible impact - we’d love to hear from you.Key responsibilities:Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all franchisees and teams adhere to company standards and best practices;Manage quality reporting, metrics, and insights to support data-driven decision-making;Conduct detailed audits, analyze performance trends, and develop targeted action plans;Mentor underperforming teams, providing structured feedback and practical improvement strategies;Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new franchisees, ensuring alignment with quality expectations;Optimize inspection schedules and resource allocation to improve efficiency and productivity;Lead or support key projects focused on quality improvement and operational excellence;Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate updates, resolve issues, and drive alignment on standards.What we’re looking for:Proven experience leading quality audits and implementing corrective/preventive actions;Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement methodologies;Experience mentoring or managing quality control or operations staff;Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives;Familiarity with reporting systems, dashboards, or quality management software;Similar experience in quality control or customer service role, service operations, or compliance (preferably in a franchise or multi-site environment)Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills - able to interpret data and identify root causes;Exceptional organization and planning ability, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously;Excellent communication;High proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets and professional correspondence.Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
