Senior Quality Engineer

ResponsibilitiesEstablish and implement standardized process systems for pre-production design reviews and industrialization management of new vehicle models.Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive dimensional control system for both vehicle and components to achieve and continuously improve precision targets.Develop, implement, and govern the engineering change control process to ensure standardized execution and risk mitigation.Build and maintain a robust process technology management system to guarantee manufacturing stability and continuous optimization.Lead capacity expansion, efficiency improvement, and process optimization projects to enhance overall manufacturing performance.Responsible for streamlining and optimizing the end-to-end Bill of Materials (BOM) management process to ensure data accuracy and enhance cross-functional collaboration efficiency.Oversee all departmental operations and team management, including resource allocation, performance evaluation, and talent development. QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality/process/project management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or management role.Proficient in core quality management systems and methodologies (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA).Demonstrated strong capabilities in system and process construction, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution.Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
