ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the division’s QMS and IMSEnsure effective quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes across all services and operationsManage audits, nonconformance close-outs, and lessons learned documentationOversee root cause analysis and corrective actions to enhance process qualityDirect document control functions, ensuring compliance, access management, and document securityCollect, analyze, and report quality performance data and KPIs to support operational excellenceProvide quality oversight on technical procurement, including review of SoWs, RFPs, and vendor capability assessmentsDevelop and manage the division’s annual quality budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and ROI for quality initiativesCollaborate with internal teams, service providers, and consultants to ensure compliance and alignment with quality objectivesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Minimum 10 years of quality management experienceProven experience in QMS/IMS implementation, audits, data-driven performance analysis, and process improvement
