Senior Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead quality strategy and execution across large-scale manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement project-wide quality management systems and improvement initiatives. • Lead design validation, audits, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to technical and quality standards. • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization. • Manage supplier quality performance and ensure consistency in material and component quality. • Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and present analytical quality reports to stakeholders. • Promote a quality-driven culture through training, audits, and best-practice sharing.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields. • 10+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing environments. • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and 8D methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Six Sigma or Quality certification preferred. • Fluent in English with proven reporting and presentation abilities.Contact:Ms Hoa: 0942025399 (Zalo)Email: hoaptm@talentnetgroup.com
