Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor – Cork – Consultancy – HybridWe are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team and deliver high-quality cost management services across a variety of life science/pharma projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and strong preconstruction experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate cost advice and detailed reporting to clients.Deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments to a high standard.Take a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, acting as a proactive team member.Maintain effective communication to ensure information flow for the successful delivery of projects.Liaise with project managers to support efficient financial control.Undertake commercial management services with minimal supervision.Produce high-quality work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.Support team leaders with cost management responsibilities on projects.Represent the company in a professional manner when meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.RequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.Strong preconstruction experience.Experience in public sector and/or private sector projects.Proficiency in CostX or similar software.Strong contract administration experience.
