Analytical Chemistry Engineer

Job DetailsJob Description:Prepares chemical analysis methodologies in a semiconductor fab environment and incoming raw materials quality control.Supports the development of advanced analytical chemistry technology to fulfil next-generation requirements.Employs chemical analysis expertise in assisting factory engineers on event prevention, root cause clarification and trouble shooting.Drives lab systems engineering including the development of solutions to improve lab quality, compliance, and throughput.Drives monitoring, record keeping, and reporting for lab equipment including maintenance, service, calibration, and testing activities.Assists and provides mentorship of lab technicians to drive lab execution including engineering analysis, instrumentation, data analysis, and result reporting.Resolves reported bugs and root causes issues that could impact product quality and experience.Ensures lab preparedness including bench setup, procurement of test equipment and other lab materials, and infrastructure requirements.Collaborates with functional teams such as IT, security, and facilities to maintain a successful lab.Develops and coordinates the design, development, and implementation of new ideas, processes, and systems for lab improvements needed to meet program deliverables.Note: This role requires a regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities and over time may require shift work in line with operational demands.QualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
