We’re searching for versatile, data-driven operators who thrive at the intersection of product support, operational excellence, and integrity operations.In this role, you’ll empower creators, optimize processes, support new product launches, and help uphold platform integrity across cutting-edge experiences, from social apps to immersive environments and emerging AI features. If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, understand metrics deeply, and can move seamlessly between creators, policy partners, engineers, and operations teams—this is your place.What You’ll DoOperational & Product SupportImplement operational materials related to policies, processes, and protocols.Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, flagging insights, gaps, and escalations.Support readiness for new features and product launches, including workflow configuration and testing.Integrity & Policy OperationsLead or support daily operational work, including abuse investigations and policy enforcement.Conduct root cause analyses to drive precision, accuracy, and continuous improvements.Data & InsightsTrack, analyze, and report on engagement, support, and operational metrics.Build dashboards and operational tools that scale.Generate insights that drive decisions across creator programs, trust & safety workflows, and policy processes.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with policy, engineering, integrity, and creator-focused teams.Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively unblock teams.What Success Looks LikeStrong creator satisfaction outcomesReduced escalations and improved workflow efficiencyHigh-quality insights and policy recommendationsData-driven decisions that make a measurable impactReliable precision and recall across integrity workflowsWhat You BringMust-Have Skills3+ years in product support, operations, community management, process management, or educational content developmentExperience creating training or operational materialsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with experience analyzing trends and conducting RCAsSQL proficiency (basic to advanced), plus experience with dashboards (e.g., Tableau)Advanced Python skills for data analysis, automation, and reportingExperience in creator ecosystems, gaming, VR, digital product support, or trust & safetyAbility to handle ambiguity and ask the right questionsDemonstrated interest or experience with AI tools—AI skills will be evaluated during interviewsNice-to-HavesIntegrity, trust & safety, or gaming operations experienceExperience designing and maintaining data pipelinesStrong analytical problem-solving skillsExperience working in complex policy environmentsProfiles That Typically StruggleIndividuals uncomfortable with ambiguityThose without experience in policy writing, training creation, or data-focused decision-making
