Building positive relationships with business sponsors; you will help define project roadmaps and ensure the supporting requirements are documented and prioritized accordingly.Using your experience and skills you will facilitate digital solution outcomes for the organization by designing, building, and maintaining products on Aon’s core strategic business applications. The role also contributes towards the continuous improvement process in relation to how products are designed and configured.Lead, run and help define the product vision and roadmap for our digital products and analytical capabilitiesCollaborate closely with technology groups, business colleagues and other teams to deliver high quality, user-centric products, and featuresLead and facilitate workshops and meetings as required to support data gathering, analysis and definition of business requirements deliverablesHandle, co-ordinate and define the product backlog across various products for deliveryCoordinate testing across all phases of projects and support defect management resolutionEnsure high levels of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all project artefacts and work you're doingDevelop and take ownership of key partner relationshipsActively assist team with data analysis activitiesApply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionHow This Opportunity Is DifferentThe Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) delivers impactful analytic solutions via three specialist centres in Dublin, Singapore, and Krakow. It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.Skills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessThe ideal Senior Business Analyst will have:Strong demonstrable experience in business analysis or product ownership roleRelevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent experienceExperience in digital products or platform developmentExperience working with multi-functional teams that include business partners, domain experts, analysts, UX designers, and IT architectsExperience running agile ceremoniesExcellent communicator with good interpersonal skillsDesign Thinking Focused - experience with customer journey design and customer experience implementations.Proficiency in SQL and /or other scripting languagesDemonstrable ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineSelf-starter with the ability to learn and work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of Agile processes and principlesValidated previous experience within a similar role with evidence of successful delivery of product and business change outcomesHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
