Location: Dublin NorthHybrid Working (3 days onsite)A rapidly growing, international FMCG organisation is expanding its Growth & Strategy team to support continued global scaling. With strong momentum across multiple markets and an expanding product portfolio, the business is investing in enhanced performance visibility, market insights and strategic planning.They are now seeking an Commercial Analyst — someone who can blend analytical capability with commercial thinking to support decision-making across international markets.The OpportunityYou will become a key contributor within a fast-paced, global environment, working across multiple functions to provide clarity on performance, market trends and commercial opportunities. The role offers exposure to distributor markets, category and consumer insights, commercial strategy, and senior stakeholders across regions.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & ReportingManage and integrate a range of data sources (distributor, market data providers, internal sales, e-commerce)Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Excel and Power BIProvide timely insights for monthly and quarterly business reviewsInsights & Strategy SupportTurn complex data into clear growth insights and recommendationsSupport market assessments, new launches and performance trackingConduct ad-hoc analysis into pricing, promotions, distribution and performance driversStakeholder Management & ProjectsCollaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams to embed insights in decision-makingSupport international commercial reviews and cross-functional projectsManage timelines, deliverables and reporting workflowsCategory & ConsumerAssist with category analysis and competitive landscape reviewsConnect consumer insights with market performance to support strategic conversationsHelp integrate category and consumer learnings into commercial forums and planning cyclesIdeal Background3–4 years’ experience in FMCG/CPG analytics, insights, commercial strategy, or similar rolesStrong analytical skills with experience using market data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana/IRI)Advanced Excel and Power BI; experience with SQL or BI tools helpfulStrong commercial awareness with the ability to communicate insights clearlyExcellent stakeholder engagement and project management skillsCategory management or international exposure is an advantage
