Reporting to the Commercial Manager.RequirementsResponsible for measuring work packages from drawings and applying rates to work up package pricingManage the project budget as directed by the Project DirectorManage relevant client communicationsCompile monthly reports in accordance with procedureAttend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetingsResolve client/subcontractor disputes effectivelyTimely submission of claims/notices in accordance with contract provisionsDocument cost changes to the work scopes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts Skills, qualification & experience8+ years’ experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity SurveyingExcellent organisation, communication, and time management skillsAttention to detail and analytically proficientData Centre experience is advantageousBenefitsOpportunity to work with a Market Leader in the Data centre IndustrySupportive career developmentCompetitive salary packageCollaborative team environmentPipeline of project growth
