Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data CentreDublin Based€120K PackageAbout the Company Our client is a global contractor who are hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the commercial team due to the commencement of a new project in the Dublin area. About the Role The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all costs and value for the project for which they are responsible. Key to success in these roles will be the ability to work with team members to procure subcontract packages and other critical elements of the works.ResponsibilitiesProcure and manage subcontract packages from tender through to final account.Prepare quantified work packages, budgets, and commercial documentation.Analyse tender returns and negotiate agreements with subcontractors and clients.Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, and cash flow.Collaborate effectively with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Lead and support junior commercial team members.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Required SkillsA minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying, with experience in Data Centre projects preferred.Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
