Join us on this journey to a sustainable future!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of heterogeneous polymerization catalysts and their optimization in modern polymerization processesManagement and organization of a team of 2 - 3 chemical laboratory techniciansManagement of research projectsAnalysis, documentation and evaluation of analytical data generated in the laboratoryKnowledge and evaluation of the latest patent applications and scientific literature in the fieldEnsure compliance and enforcement of safety rules as well as company policiesInterdisciplinary collaboration with polymer and process experts as well as external cooperation partners in an international environmentSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseCompleted studies as a Chemist or Chemical EngineerPhD and 2-3 years of professional experience preferredExperience in heterogeneous catalysis, support materials or kinetics advantageousAnalytical and leadership skillsMethodical, solution-oriented approach to workInitiative, independence and ability to work in a teamKnowledge in the use of Excel for data analysisExperience with Advanced Data Evaluation tools desirableFluent in German and English, both written and spokenLummus Technology is the global leader in developing technology solutions that make modern life possible and focus on a more sustainable, low carbon future.
