We are committed to helping healthcare providers optimize revenue, reduce denials, and ensure compliance with payer requirements.Role Overview:We are hiring a Senior RCM Specialist to lead and manage the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of US healthcare billing, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to mentor junior team members while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across RCM processes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete RCM cycle: charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.Review and resolve complex denials and rejections, ensuring timely resubmissions.Conduct AR analysis and drive strategies to reduce outstanding claims.Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and internal quality standards.Monitor and improve KPIs such as collections, denial rate, and AR days.Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management.Collaborate with billing, coding, and client teams to streamline workflows.Train and mentor junior RCM specialists to enhance team performance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).3+ years of RCM/medical billing experience in the US healthcare domain.Strong knowledge of payer policies, EOBs, and claim adjudication processes.Expertise in denial management, AR follow-up, and insurance correspondence.Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR and billing software.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary and growth opportunities.A collaborative and professional work environment.Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare solutions company.Industry:Hospitals and Health Care
