You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewThe Senior Recruiter - Emerging Talent plays a pivotal role in driving the university recruiting strategy, building strong relationships with academic institutions, and ensuring a world-class experience for both candidates and hiring partners. This role manages the full lifecycle of campus recruiting from strategy to execution, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and leveraging data to influence talent decisions and drive continuous improvement across programs. In addition, this role leads and manages the annual campus strategy and budget to ensure alignment with enterprise talent priorities.What You Will DoLead full lifecycle campus recruiting efforts for assigned business units, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from target universities, technical programs, and diverse organizations.Partner with senior business leaders and HR partners to identify emerging talent needs and align recruiting strategies to business goals.Manage all aspects of the candidate experience, ensuring high-quality interactions and timely communication throughout the hiring process.Design and maintain recruiting dashboards and metrics to track pipeline health, hiring conversion rates, diversity goals, and program ROI for emerging talent recruiting.Lead and coordinate on-campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and other student engagement activities.Oversee campus programs, intern engagement initiatives, and end-to-end program management for student hires.Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance employer branding across digital and campus channels.Coach team members, hiring managers, and interview teams on best practices in university recruiting and candidate assessment.Leverage data and insights to drive decision-making, forecast hiring trends, and continuously improve recruiting processes.Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, equal opportunity, and data privacy standards.Ensure consistent execution of emerging talent recruiting initiatives.Own and manage the national campus recruiting strategy and annual budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Represent the organization at high-profile campus and diversity conferences, building relationships that enhance the employer brand.Collaborate with Business Units, HR, Workforce Planning teams to integrate emerging talent strategies with broader workforce planning initiatives.Performs other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, Master’s preferred.Experience Qualifications7+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with at least 3 years focused on campus or university recruiting.Typically 3+ years as a team lead, building emerging talent programs.Skills And AbilitiesExperience managing large-scale events, national campus strategies, and recruiting program budgets.Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders and driving recruiting strategies that impact business results.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to build and interpret dashboards and KPIs.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Oracle, Eifghtfold, iCIMS, Handshake) and CRM tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Drives process consistency, compliance, and efficiency.Provides direction, feedback, and mentorship to team members and peers for emerging talent recruiting strategies.Travel RequirementsMinimalWork EnvironmentWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
