Recruiter HR Generalist

Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionAssist managers with recruitment and interview processes, including phone screens, job postings, scheduling, and gathering feedback.Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Ensure candidates understand job responsibilities, compensation, and training requirements.Build applicant sources through community outreach, colleges, employment agencies, and online platforms.Interview and hire both non-exempt and exempt staff.Manage temporary staffing and internal promotions/transfers.Arrange interviews and attend job fairs, open houses, and career events.Onboarding & OffboardingFacilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training schedules.Conduct exit interviews and handle offboarding documentation.Ensure compliance with I-9 verification and pre-employment checks.HR OperationsAdminister employee benefits and provide payroll support.Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Assist with performance reviews, benefit audits, salary surveys, and special HR projects.Employee Relations & EngagementAddress employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.Support performance reviews, coaching initiatives, and employee engagement/wellness programs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-5 years of experience in HR and recruitment roles.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
