Our clients are scaling fast and solving complex problems, and we bring a hands-on, research-driven approach to delivering the top 1% of executive talent across the market.The RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles. You’ll be responsible for candidate delivery across executive-level searches, working closely with internal search leads and client stakeholders to identify, engage, and assess senior talent across VP to C-suite roles. This role blends sourcing expertise, candidate relationship management, and sharp market insight, all within a high-performance, collaborative environment.This is a delivery-focused position ideal for a recruiter who enjoys deep, strategic search work in the executive space.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn candidate sourcing and engagement across executive-level roles in renewables, infrastructure, and related sectorsDevelop and manage pipelines of qualified talent through direct outreach, referrals, and research-driven strategiesConduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations with a focus on executive presence, functional expertise, and cultural alignmentPartner with internal leads to align on role mandates, search strategy, and client goalsEnsure a best-in-class candidate experience through clear, thoughtful communication and timely follow-upsContribute to reporting, calibration, and internal updates throughout the search processStay current on industry trends, leadership moves, and emerging talent in target marketsYou BringExperience recruiting for executive or senior-level roles within a search firm or recruiting agency environmentStrong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with an ability to engage passive executive talentClear, confident communication style and comfort working with internal and external senior stakeholdersProfessional rigor, high attention to detail, and a focus on qualityBased in Los Angeles and available to work on-site four days per week
