This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and enjoys delivering impact through talent and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement and requirement gathering to sourcing, assessment, and offer closure.Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding business needs and workforce priorities to deliver tailored staffing solutions.Develop and manage a robust candidate pipeline across multiple functions and industries.Leverage digital platforms, job boards, and social media for effective talent sourcing and branding.Negotiate offers and manage expectations between clients and candidates.Collaborate closely with internal HR and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.Stay updated on market trends and competitor insights to advise clients strategically.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in any discipline.Minimum 2–5 years of 360° recruitment experience, preferably within the general staffing or professional services industry.Strong client management and business development skills with the ability to grow accounts strategically.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders.Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ATS or recruitment systems.A self-starter with high energy, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.Why Join UsOpportunity to work with one of Asia’s most trusted staffing brands.Regional exposure across diverse industries and clients.Performance-driven environment with clear career progression.A culture that values integrity, innovation, and people-first collaboration.
