With more than 10,000 professionals, this international corporation provides a comprehensive range of quality inspection and quality management services across the entire supply chain in 28 countries on 4 continents.Job DescriptionEnsure the strategy set by the Steering Group or Sponsor is implemented and maintained by the working groupsHold full P&L responsibility for the assigned region (Continental Europe)Develop and maintain a Master Schedule Plan that meets objectives within agreed timeframesProvide weekly and monthly senior management reports for the Steering GroupLobby and build strong relationships with key accountsDevelop and manage a sales pipeline to meet defined targetsCreate and maintain a resource plan to ensure delivery and lead times across all territories (leveraging Trexpert)Establish effective meeting structures with clear Purpose, Objectives, and Outcomes (POOs)Train and coach management teams on standard work practices and methodologies, ensuring consistent applicationInstill operational discipline within the management teamAct as the interface between senior management and operational teamsTrain and coach operational teams on best practicesTravel internationally as requiredQualificationsProfessional Experience and SkillsExperienced senior professional in Tier 1 supplier development and operationsProven track record of managing Tier 1 suppliers through crisis situationsExpertise in launch management and product development (APQP)Strategic mindset with strong focus on delivering operational requirementsHighly focused and self-disciplined; maintains objectives despite internal distractionsRecognized as a focal point for change and an expert in manufacturing excellenceStrong ability to engage and influence senior leadership within customer organizationsCollaborative leadership style with a team-building approach while ensuring operational effectivenessEducation And QualificationsRecognised degree-level qualification in Engineering, Quality or OperationsIdeally holds a Master’s level qualification (e.g. MBA)Certified in LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt level preferred)Leadership And Experience10+ years of management experience leading teams in high-pressure, complex situationsDemonstrated career progression with a proactive, “can do” attitudeFluent or highly competent in English (oral and written) as a second languageTechnical And Operational SkillsSkilled in managing key manufacturing disciplines: Quality, Operations, Logistics, MaintenanceStrong knowledge of industry standards: IATF 16949, AIAG, VDA etc.Financially literate: budget creation, cost tracking, and identifying savings opportunitiesDeep understanding of Stellantis and Ford OEM requirements (VW and others are a plus)Flexible and adaptive approach without compromising core objectivesAble to represent TRIGO professionally at senior and executive levels (ambassadorial role)Culturally aware with proven experience operating effectively in diverse geographic regionsAdditional InformationA high-impact leadership role within a dynamic, international environmentOpportunity to shape supplier performance and crisis response strategies across Continental EuropeCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentivesOngoing professional development through training, coaching, and leadership opportunitiesInternational travel and multicultural collaboration as part of a global teamA strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvementSupportive and collaborative company culture where your expertise drives real resultsWe welcome applications from experienced professionals based in Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, and the Czech Republic.
