Our headquarter is in Duderstadt, Germany.The Role:For our new Global Services Center situated in Sofia, we are currently looking for motivated and pro-active professional to join our dream team and support our operations as a Senior PTP Specialist.The ideal candidate would be a self-driven, proactive, and hands-on individual with strong knowledge and a proven track record. This role has a functional reporting line to the Team Leader – Procure to Pay.Main Responsibilities:Perform transactional activity with limited supervision related to the PTP (Procure to Pay) areaMonitor the matching of PO invoices and support resolving any differences between invoices and goods receipts;Understand and apply tax coding to all third-party vendor invoices, credit notes, and credit card/employee expensesResponsible for resolving queries from customers, vendors, and colleaguesDeliver service in line with agreed controls and proceduresSpecialist providing assistance on PTP-related inquiries, acting as an employee’s first line of contact via appropriate channels (tickets, chat, calls, etc.).Initiatives on process improvements: Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures and technologiesSupport continuous improvement and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures of the GBS OttobockRecognize unusual events or consistent problems and work with the team leader to resolve issuesEnsure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the GBS OttobockEnsure all documentation is up-to-date and accurateEnsure data is accurate in company systemsTraining and supporting of less experienced employeesRequirements:EducationBachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administrationExperienceMore than 3 years of experience in the PTP areaCompetenciesExperience with simple to complex query handlingStrong customer service focus and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsHands-on experience working with ERP (SAP)Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and teamwork practicesFull professional proficiency in written and oral English requiredOur offer:The unique opportunity to apply your professional expertise in a challenging environment and build up processes from scratch;The chance to acquire valuable competencies in the presence of high-quality standards;Perspectives for career development and growth within the global company;An attractive remuneration package based on your experience and benefits like additional health insurance, Multisport card, and food vouchers.How to apply:If you find our proposal interesting and you meet the above requirements for the position, please, send your CV in English.Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
