(Senior) Relationship Manager - Private Banking

We are representing a leading and internationally active Private Bank is seeking an experienced (Senior) Relationship Manager to further strengthen its Wealth Management business. This is a client-facing role focused on serving and expanding a portfolio of sophisticated private clients.You will be responsible for delivering tailored investment solutions, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring the highest standard of service across all aspects of the client journey.Accountabilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth private clients, delivering a personalized and holistic service offering;Identify new business opportunities through strategic networking and referrals;Collaborate closely with internal experts to provide tailored investment advice and research-based solutions;Promote the full range of banking and investment services available, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives;Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (incl. AML, FATCA, MiFID, etc.);Prepare and conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and exclusive events;Respond efficiently to client instructions and enquiries across multiple channels (e.g., payments, securities trades, account changes);Monitor credit lines, investment maturities, and overall portfolio risk;Manage administrative processes related to client documentation and compensation arrangements.Your Profile:University degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field, or completed apprenticeship with equivalent experience;5–10 years of experience in a client-facing role within Private Banking / Wealth Management;Proven success in developing and managing long-term relationships with demanding private clients;Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment products and portfolio construction;Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly;Structured, independent working style with a high degree of accountability and discretion;Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of core banking systems (e.g. Avaloq) is a plus;Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
