As a Senior Reporting & Analytics Analyst at ICON, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and supporting decision-making processes through comprehensive reporting and analysis.What You Will Be DoingDeveloping and maintaining reporting systems to track key performance indicators and project metrics.Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate and timely reporting.Creating and presenting reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.Contributing to organizational growth through effective data analysis and strategic planning.Your ProfileA bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.Extensive experience of 4-6 years in reporting and analytics, among which 2 years of Workday reporting experience.Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI will be considered as an advantage.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, with excellent attention to detail.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective reporting strategies.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Interest to mentor other team peers and team stakeholders.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Excellent command of English – both verbal and written.What ICON Can Offer YouOur success depends on the quality of our people.
