Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of key business reports, including operational, financial, and performance metrics. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement, and present findings to management. Develop automated reporting processes and dashboards to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting tasks. Collaborate with business leaders and departments to understand reporting needs and tailor reports to meet business objectives. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on business progress and success. Mentor and provide guidance to junior reporting specialists, assisting them with complex report generation and data analysis. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal reporting standards and best practices.
