We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to work on subscription projects, specifically FarmTrak as well as customer insights. The role will involve project execution and development of research design and proposal. Overseeing the project from setup, liaising with the field agency, script design, data cleaning to final delivery. Knowledge of agriculture and/or research activities would be advantageous. FarmTrak, customer insights and other hybrid project management:
Managing local research projects, forecasting crop protection use and current usage, manufacturer reputation / image, resistance issues, sales and technical team evaluations, agronomist needs and expectations (and others under development), any other market measurements in the crop protection and animal healthCo-ordinate survey design, data analysis and data reporting to client service teamsSchedule projects and ensure adherence to deadlines - scheduling / progress updates on global schedules and updating using Trello collaborative software Managing fieldwork agencies, internal call center, sending reminders, compiling respondent reports and engaging the services ensuring quality controlExport and check data, liaise with country teams to clean data and edit verbatims – complete analysis and reportingManaging answer coding, data processing and data import into i-Map proprietary softwareAssess and automate the PPT deliverable if commercially viable to do soElectronic data sourcing for FarmTrak, RetailTrak and CropTrak project execution:

3 + years Market research experience or a degree in research, or a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology or economics or similarAn advanced knowledge of MS OfficeFluent English – spoken & writtenBasic project management skillsBasic presentation skills Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team
