Senior Risk & Compliance Expert (DORA)

Through engineering expertise and industry insight, our international offices deliver tailored solutions, enabling clients worldwide to achieve their business goals with flexibility, speed, and impactful results.Responsibilities:Lead DORA compliance projects, including gap assessments and implementation.Develop and maintain ICT risk management and operational resilience frameworks.Support incident response, business continuity, and third-party risk activities.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners across Turkish and German-speaking regions.Prepare compliance documentation, reports, and policy updates in line with EU and local regulatory requirements.Monitor regulatory developments related to DORA and local supervisory guidelines.Requirements:7+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, cybersecurity governance, or operational resilience, preferably in the banking industry.Strong understanding of the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and ICT governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, etc.).Excellent communication skills in English. (German skills would be an advantage.)Proven ability to work in multicultural environments and manage cross-border projects.
