Senior Road Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Road Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary project team based in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road and highway design, with proven experience in infrastructure, tunnel, and bridge projects. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and design management skills to ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, monitor, and manage the progress of road design activities.Coordinate and maintain effective interface relationships with the client and project stakeholders.Collaborate with design, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timely project execution.Review and validate design outputs in accordance with project requirements and international standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of proven experience in final/detailed design within large-scale roads/highway and infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of international standards and specifications applied in multidisciplinary design projects.Proficiency in road design software (e.g., Civil 3D, InRoads, or equivalent).Excellent communication and reporting skills in English, both written and verbal.Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple project interfaces efficiently.
