The Senior Sales Advisor will be responsible for maintaining & sustaining customer satisfaction and increasing revenue through upselling and providing new services. To drive revenue growth and long-term client relationships by managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and leading complex sales cycles. The Senior Sales Advisor acts as a strategic partner to high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and profitable expansion.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience.Fluency in the English language.Proven experience in customer service management or real estate. ( preferred educational institution or training center background ).Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).Proven record of closing large or complex deals and managing strategic accounts.Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
