About the Role:We are seeking an accomplished and highly driven Hunter Sales Leader to spearhead new business development and revenue growth across Australia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hunting and acquiring new logos, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and building long-term C-level relationships in the IT services / digital transformation / consulting domain.ResponsibilitiesDrive new customer acquisition and new logo wins across target industry verticals in the Australia region.Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in areas such as Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, ERP, and Managed Services.Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with corporate objectives and local market trends.Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and business decision-makers.Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, marketing, and partner ecosystem teams to design and present customized solutions.Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pipeline development, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue, and margin goals.Track and report key metrics on opportunity pipeline, forecast accuracy, and win ratios.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility.Qualifications20+ years of total experience with at least 10+ years in a pure Hunter Sales / Business Development role.Proven track record of winning large, multi-million dollar deals with enterprise clients in Australia.Deep understanding of Australian market dynamics, client landscape, and local business culture.Strong network and relationships across key verticals — BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or Public Sector preferred.Ability to navigate long and complex sales cycles and work with multi-stakeholder environments.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a strong executive presence.Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed global organization with cross-functional collaboration.MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.Required SkillsSelf-starter with a strong “hunter” mindset and high energy.Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach.Results-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate value propositions to CXO-level clients.What We OfferOpportunity to lead growth for a fast-scaling global IT organization in a mature market.Competitive compensation with attractive incentive structure.Empowering, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.ITC Infotech in Australia is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout its organization.
