Senior Sales Engineer

Company Description Gad Industries is a leading company in the Egyptian market specializing in the trading and manufacturing of low voltage electrical supplies, wiring devices, and lighting accessories. Established in 1977, we transitioned from a trading company to a public limited company with a 30,000m² state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tenth Ramadan City. We offer a wide range of products, including miniature circuit breakers, electric panel boards, weatherproof junction boxes, and lighting accessories, catering to domestic and export markets in several regions. Over the years, we have developed our own product lines while providing industrial services such as plastic injection molding, sheet metal forming, and tool design for other factories. Our customer base includes governmental authorities, housing projects, and international clients from countries such as Lebanon, Syria, and Ethiopia. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing the sales lifecycle, identifying client needs, and providing technical support for Gad Industries' product lines. Duties include preparing proposals, communicating product benefits to clients, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align technical specifications with customer requirements and recommending solutions to meet project goals. Qualifications Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with a strong understanding of technical product features and applications.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.Proficiency in Sales methods, including lead generation, proposal preparation, and closing deals.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide tailored solutions for clients.Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the electrical or manufacturing sector.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
