You will lead and manage both client and agency relationships to deliver profitable revenue growth through solution sales.As a successful Senior Sales Executive, you are a true "hunter" type with a tremendous amount of motivation and commitment to produce results. As a senior sales executive, you recognise the importance of driving revenue and profitability and have a unique capability to create sales solutions that do both. If this excites you, then we would love to hear from you!Specific qualifications for the role include:Leverage your existing customer network to pitch and close innovative customer solutions from Supermom's array of products for insights, brand building, content marketing, and demand generationThorough understanding of digital media and content marketing landscape including video, mobile, social, display, programmatic and experientialProven sales track record in selling digital and custom contentResults-oriented and self-drivenAbility to conceptualize and deliver creative integrated solutionsHave a "phone-first" mentality with a "wait for no-one" approachWants to ASK for action of others and understands deadlinesAble to lead a team of sales persons to achieve sales targets and 2x deal sizes RequirementsAt least 5-8+ years of sales experienceProven track record in identifying new and innovative opportunities and closing deals with a solution-based approach for clients, agencies and partnersStrong understanding of digital advertising is a bonusHave exceptional communication skills and an ability to build excellent rapport with strategic decisions makersGood understanding of how to run and measure performance with relevant KPIsExperience working in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholdersExperience with using CRM platform such as Salesforce or Infusionsoft is a bonusBenefitsRobust compensation package: Base-plus-commissionsBonus plans based on individual, team and/or campaign deliveriesComprehensive ongoing training and professional development career path programsDirector-led boardroom, classroom and personalized coaching and trainingWork hard, play hard office culture led by a diverse and inclusive workforceThis is a full-time role based in Singapore.
