WorkBrand is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive. We are looking for a professional with direct experience selling and closing deals for our core services: Office Spaces (leasing and management), Business Development Consulting, and Media & Advertising Services, in addition to specialized training programs.Key Responsibilities:Lead the entire sales cycle, with a specific focus on office space solutions and corporate consulting services.Develop and execute advanced sales strategies to penetrate new markets in business consulting and media services.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients requiring office spaces and present flexible, compelling solutions.Master the details of our offerings and effectively communicate their competitive advantages in the media and consulting sectors.Utilize CRM software and Microsoft Office programs for efficient sales reporting and pipeline management.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with direct B2B sales experience in: Co-working/Serviced Office Spaces, Management/Business Consulting, or Marketing/Media Services.Deep market understanding, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close significant deals.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.A portfolio of previous sales achievements or professional references is strongly required.General Application DetailsEmployment Type: Full-time.Location: 72 Gameat Al Dewal Street – Mohandessin, Giza, Egypt.To Apply: Please send your CV to info@workbrand.org or contact us at 01205193333 / +20 10 94620000.Website: www.workbrand.org
