The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales within the Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include client consultations, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Qualifications Proven sales experience, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing dealsKnowledge of interior design and premium-quality products, particularly within Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom sectorsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsOrganizational and multitasking abilities to manage client consultations and project timelines effectivelyProficiency in relevant software tools; experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficialAbility to work on-site with a customer-centric approachA background or interest in design or home improvement is an advantageSelf-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
