As the Senior Sales Executive – Core Banking Solutions, you will lead new business development and expand strategic relationships across Indochina, focused on aggressive growth and new logo expansion.You will be responsible for opening net new opportunities across Indochina markets (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar), with a clear focus on pipeline origination, deal creation, and closing.You will manage a portfolio of integrated, mission-critical Core Banking platforms and solutions for both on-premises and cloud deployment. You’ll represent a powerful offering in the financial services software space, with unmatched sales potential in core banking.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive net new revenue growth by targeting, sourcing, and converting new enterprise opportunities across our client’s Core Banking solutions.Serve as the in-country sales execution lead for Indochina (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar), with full autonomy to originate, pursue, and win new business.Execute the full enterprise sales motion from outbound prospecting → qualification → solution mapping → commercial negotiation → close.Maintain precise short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting accuracy to ensure predictable quarterly performance.Build, influence, and expand executive relationships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks to accelerate deal velocity and expand commercial reach.Maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline through disciplined prospecting execution, deal inspection, and data-driven pipeline hygiene.Partner closely with pre-sales, solution consulting, delivery teams, and regional ecosystem partners to increase win-rate and expand coverage across Indochina (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar).Continuously bring back competitive intel, modernization triggers, market signals, and investment drivers that improve overall GTM advantage.Represent the company at selected industry events, strategic forums, and user groups to drive brand presence and demand origination.Ideal Candidate ProfileMinimum of 10 years of proven sales success in financial software, specifically in Core Banking solutions across Indochina.Strong hunter and farmer mentality, with ability to open new doors and grow existing accounts.Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly Core Banking and digital banking.Proven success selling into C-Suite and multiple stakeholder groups across the Indochina region.Strong relationship builder and consultative enterprise selling capability.Demonstrated ability to deeply understand a client’s business drivers and position differentiated solutions.Experience working with or selling into Indochina markets strongly preferred.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Strong executive level influencing skills.Degree required.Fluent English.Willingness to travel.Candidates with experience selling solutions and services from vendors such as Temenos, Mambu, Backbase, nCino, Nucleus, SAP Fioneer, FIS, Finastra, Oracle Banking, Avaloq, TCS BaNCS, SilverLake, or similar will be prioritized.Note:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
