With a network of more than 340 offices and over 6200 employees across five continents, Savino Del Bene is one of the leading logistics company that offers import, export, customs brokerage services and warehousing third party solutions servicing several Vertical Markets.We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in İzmir. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with a solid sales background and a strong passion for providing efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers across various industries that require logistics services.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the customer base.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budget targets and company objectives.Prepare sales proposals and effectively follow up on agreements.Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.Represent the company and promote its services at industry events and trade fairs to expand professional networks.Proactively connect with potential customers and industry stakeholders to build relationships and develop partnerships.Manage key accounts and coordinate with other departments to meet their needs.Conduct regular field visits to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or International Trade).Proven theoretical and practical knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics sector.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the logistics industry.Good command of English (both written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.A proactive, self-motivated team player with strong networking abilities.Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up and analytical skills.Results-oriented, capable of working under pressure and achieving ambitious sales targets.Demonstrated ability to take ownership, show initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.
