Mina is looking for a seasoned, results-obsessed Sales Hunter who lives to open doors and close complex deals. You’ll own a high-velocity outbound motion—prospecting, negotiating (phone & email), and signing DTC and eCommerce brands onto Mina’s AI-powered pick-and-pack and global fulfillment platform. Relentlessly prospect via cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and events to build a robust top-of-funnel and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.Master the discovery & demo. Quickly uncover pain points, map ROI, and tailor Mina’s tech-enabled logistics solution to each prospect’s growth goals.Negotiate & close. Lead pricing, terms, and contract discussions end-to-end—confidently handling objections and securing signatures over Zoom or in writing.Own the relationship until hand-off. Shepherd new customers through onboarding, collaborating with Success and Ops to ensure a seamless go-live.Forecast with precision. Maintain a crystal-clean CRM, update stages daily, and deliver accurate pipeline and commit numbers to leadership.Stay ahead of the curve. Track eCommerce, fulfillment, and supply-chain trends to position Mina as the go-to partner for fast-growing brands.What Makes You a Fit5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales success (hunter roles), ideally in DTC, eCommerce SaaS, 3PL, or logistics tech.Proven track record of 100 %+ attainment against ambitious new-business quotas.Elite communication & negotiation chops—you write crisp, persuasive emails and close confidently on calls.Data-driven operator who lives in the CRM and treats pipeline like a science.Self-starter mentality suited to a remote, high-autonomy environment; you set your own pace…and it’s fast.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission (accelerators kick in at 110 % of quota).Fully remote, flexible schedule.
