Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Abuja. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team to achieve targets, and identifying growth opportunities. The role includes fostering strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and preparing comprehensive sales performance reports. Additionally, this individual will lead negotiations, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementStrong Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skillsExceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skillsProficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Performance ReportingAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the automotive trade, mobility solutions, or logistics sectors is highly desirable
