You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring Lamina Hospital continues to be a trusted and forward-thinking healthcare partner for corporations and communities alike.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement strategic sales initiatives that expand Lamina Hospital’s reach and revenue growth.Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to perform beyond expectations.Cultivate long-term relationships with corporate clients, insurance partners, and healthcare networks.Identify new market opportunities through insightful business and market analysis.Ensure successful execution of new projects and service launches aligned with corporate goals.Collaborate closely with Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and service visibility.Deliver timely reports, forecasts, and data-driven recommendations for management decisions. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales or business development.At least 5 years in a managerial position, ideally within healthcare or related industries. Required SkillsStrong business sense and the ability to translate opportunities into measurable outcomes.Skilled in negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder communication.Proficient in Microsoft 365, and Visio.Energetic, adaptive, and committed to excellence in every performance metric.
