Then Fabasoft Schweiz AG is exactly the right place for you.Your MissionTake responsibility of your territory: increase our footprint, build larger deals, and help Fabasoft Schweiz AG maintain its market leader positionDevelop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with government executives in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (Romandie)Attend public sector events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen visibilityUnderstand the technical and business requirements of the public sector and position Fabasoft OneGov as the preferred government solutionIdentify trends and opportunities, develop new use cases, and actively drive digital transformation through smart sales strategiesGenerate demand, build and maintain a strong pipeline (in close collaboration with Marketing) and close opportunities by developing compelling opportunity plans and value propositionsTrack and report on sales activities in our CRM system and provide accurate forecasts and market insights to managementInspire both existing and new customers with the innovative Fabasoft OneGov solution ensuring sustainable growth while representing Fabasoft Schweiz AG with competence and convictionManage the entire proposal process – particularly in the context of public tenders ensuring submissions are clear, competitive, and compliant with legal and regulatory standardsYour ProfileLead as a Fabasoft OneGov brand ambassador, both internally and externally, building trust with customers, partners and colleaguesBring proven knowledge of the public sector market in Switzerland, along with relevant experience and a strong professional networkDemonstrate a successful sales track record, with closed deals and proven achievements in both farming and huntingData- and KPI-driven: own your numbers, maintain CRM discipline, and manage pipeline coverage and forecasting with precisionAt least 5 years of sales experience in the field of public administrationYou are flexible and willing to travel frequently across Switzerland to engage with customers on-site, build relationships, and drive sales opportunitiesFluent in French and English; German is a plusWe really care for experts – and we demonstrate this withA modern office infrastructure at an attractive and central location in Bern’s Lorraine districtA diverse range of responsibilities with great scope for creativity and autonomyInternational collaboration with our teams in Austria and GermanySupport for relevant training opportunities and perspectives for professional developmentHigh-quality employee events and first-class workplace amenitiesDiverse challenges and attractive employment conditionsWe design business processes in a digital world - including our application process.
