Job Title: Senior Sales & Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Hadyek elahram. giza , EgyptWorking Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMAbout the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to design and execute marketing strategies that generate new leads and expand our customer base.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team, providing clear instructions, guidance, and support.Set targets for the team and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to build strong relationships.Analyze sales data provided by the team to identify opportunities and maximize conversions.Develop and implement effective marketing plans to support sales growth.Report on sales performance and suggest improvements for continuous growth.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (preferably in a leadership role).Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Proven ability to create and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.Ability to start immediately.Based in or near Giza is preferred.Previous experience in digital marketing agencies is a plus
