You will be the architect of our global brand presence and the engine of our growth, blending shrewd marketing leadership with compassionate sales management. This role is perfect for a commercial and marketing leader who is driven by both purpose and performance.1.   Global Marketing LeadershipShape Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing plan that elevates our brands and connects with diverse patient audiences.Build Brands: Strengthen the identities of Babies Come True, Carrying Dreams, and Fertility Match with consistent, trusted messaging and patient content.Drive Digital Content & Growth: Lead SEO/GEO, SEM, expand websites, webinars/podcasts, performance marketing, social media, and content to generate qualified leads and community growth with modest budget spend.Amplify Visibility: Manage PR, media, influencer, and community partnerships to enhance reputation, including social listening and external community engagement.Create Experiences: Oversee select industry events that position us as thought leaders and trusted service providers.2.  Empathetic Sales & Client Journey ManagementDesign the Sales Engine: Build a scalable, compassionate sales strategy that meets goals while prioritizing client care, structuring the sales team accordingly.Optimize the Journey: Leverage CRM tools to ensure a seamless, supportive experience from first contact to parenthood and beyond.Guide Families: Collaborate with support and finance teams to provide clear, empathetic financial guidance.Innovate Offerings: Define pricing, packages, and programs across countries that make parenthood accessible.Ensure Success: Strengthen post-sale support so every family feels cared for.3.  Strategic Leadership & Team EmpowermentCollaborate with Leadership: Partner with the COO and CEO on goals, budgets, and priorities to advance our mission.Lead with Purpose: Inspire and mentor a high-performing, compassionate team.Spot Opportunities: Identify new markets, partnerships and trends in fertility and surrogacy. Monitor competitor offers and key marketing activities.Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to align mission with growth, ensure marketing spend efficiency and impact.Key Performance Indicators (What Success Looks Like): Lead Generation & Conversion: Significant growth in qualified leads and higher sales conversion rates across all brands leveraging content more than media spend.Revenue Growth: Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.Client Satisfaction: A high Net Promoter Score (NPS) reflecting exceptional client satisfaction and past IPs referral rates to new IPs. Who You Are: An Experienced Leader: You have 8+ years of proven total sales and marketing experience and 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally within fertility or related healthcare or medical tourism space.A Digital Native: Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems and lead management processes, and do not need to lean on external vendor support.A Global Communicator: Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an asset. A Strategic Thinker: Sees the big picture, connect dots, and drives strategies, creative content, and high-frequency execution that builds both brand love and business results.A Compassionate Leader: Passionate about helping all types of families grow and are committed to ethical, transparent, and empathetic practices.
