Senior SAP VSS Consultant

Position Overview The Senior SAP SD Consultant will play a key role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end Sales & Distribution processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into effective SAP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP SD module implementation, support, and enhancement projects.Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions aligned with SAP best practices.Configure and customize core SD processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, shipping, credit, and returns management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, VMS, etc.) to ensure seamless process integration.Provide day-to-day end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver effective solutions.Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments and coordinate with technical teams.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Deliver training sessions and prepare documentation for business stakeholders.Participate in SAP rollouts, system upgrades, and S/4HANA migration projects..QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, including at least 2 years in S/4HANA.Proven track record in full lifecycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support.Strong experience in pricing procedures, output determination, master data management, and special business processes (consignment, intercompany, third-party sales.Technical SkillDeep knowledge of SAP SD functionality and integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD innovations, including Fiori apps.Skilled in preparing functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP teams.Strong troubleshooting skills in configuration and process issues.Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, and interface processes (advantageous).Certifications (Preferred)SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales and Distribution (SAP S/4HANA).Additional SAP certifications are a plus.Soft SkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with cross-functional communication skills.
