About The RoleAbout this opportunitySenior professional Project Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships, and coordinating the delivery of data centre construction projects.This role is site-based and requires staying in Sines during the workweek. No rotation or fly-in/fly-out arrangement applies.Kindly provide your CV in English.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectivesPositively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationshipsDelivering high-quality services and deliverables, ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements.Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager.Producing and presenting to customersPreparing bids for services.Managing service delivery for profit.Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular, those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to:Opportunities to develop and grow your careerEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAbout The CandidateWho we’re looking for:Experience, Knowledge and Key SkillsExperience managing mission-critical related construction projects (data centres, life science, etc.) or other large-scale projects.Knowledge of Portuguese technical requirements applied to the construction sector is desirable.Detailed knowledge and practical experience of project management techniquesClear understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skillsSound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work as part of a team.Availability to work in Sines 5 days per week.Professional level of English.
