Senior Scientist

Responsibility:Responsible for the development of synthesis methods suitable for the bulk preparation of APIs and various intermediates and in production environments.Evaluate the important factors, economic factors and environmental impacts that influence the success of the pilot to select the appropriate chemical reactions and work with the team to successfully apply them to the production facility.Manage a project team to develop chemical manufacturing processes for starting materials and APIs for clinical or commercial registration. Knowledge and experience in making full use of current synthesis techniques and methods are required.Responsible for optimizing the safety, repeatability and efficiency of the amplification process.Responsible for the quality management of the whole process of project execution, to ensure that the whole process of project execution conforms to the quality management standards.Qualification：PhD preferred, in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry or other related fields.Both English and Chinese can be communicated as a working language.Good communication skills and can adapt to fast - paced working style.Onsite work in Tianjin, China.
