Reclaim Security is revolutionizing security remediation with AI-powered solutions that eliminate manual effort while ensuring business continuity.We help organizations move beyond endless prioritization lists to actually resolve security issues through intelligent automation and impact prediction.Join our team of security experts and engineers who are building the future of automated exposure remediation.What You’ll DoResearch & InnovationLeverage existing security controls in novel ways to disrupt attackers and minimize threatsResearch OS internals, security controls, and deployment platforms to uncover how they work and can be leveragedHarness assets’ (users, devices, applications, etc.) behavioral data and telemetry to anticipate productivity risks and fine-tune defensesMonitor emerging threats, technologies, and best practices to stay aheadCustomer Engagement & Thought LeadershipLead customer discussions on exposure remediation, communicating both the security risk reduction benefits and the safe, low-impact nature of implementationGuide customers through exposure remediation deployments, ensuring successful implementation and adoptionPresent findings to both technical and executive stakeholders, with opportunities for conference presentations and industry publicationsProduct DevelopmentCollaborate with engineering to build and refine algorithms that optimize security posture while ensuring safe, business-aware implementationContribute to our threat intelligence pipeline and help refine our AI models for impact predictionResearch and integrate new security tools and concepts into the Reclaim platform to expand remediation capabilitiesRequirementsExperience: 4+ years in cybersecurity research, threat analysis, or advanced security engineering rolesTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Python.
