Job DescriptionSupervise and manage on-site construction activities in coordination with the project team.Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with design drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Oversee concrete works, including pouring, curing, and quality control.Manage and monitor precast installation activities and ensure proper alignment and installation procedures.Support and supervise shore protection installation works (rock revetments, quay walls, breakwaters, etc.) where applicable.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and monitor work schedules.Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are maintained at all times.ResponsibilitiesBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in major infrastructure or marine projects.Proven expertise in concrete works (mandatory).Experience in precast and shore protection installation is highly advantageous.Must be OSE Registered.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Proficiency in project management and site supervision tools.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Work on landmark projects around the world and embrace opportunities to make an even bigger impact in the communities you care about.
